Commissioned work

Photography enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form, requesting a quotation or discussing a project does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

A photography or content booking is confirmed only when the relevant requirements have been completed.

• Project agreed The scope, deliverables, usage and price have been agreed in writing.
• Terms accepted The relevant quotation or photography agreement has been accepted.
• Payment received Any deposit or initial payment required by the agreement has been received.

Each commission may be governed by a separate quotation, photography agreement and image licence covering payment, expenses, cancellation, postponement, access, health and safety, delivery, copyright and permitted use.

If these Website Terms conflict with a project-specific written agreement, the project-specific agreement takes priority for that commission.

Physical products

Print enquiries and orders

Prints are currently offered by enquiry rather than through a complete online checkout.

Before an order is confirmed, the customer will receive the relevant information about:

• The selected image and print specification
• Size, material, finish and framing where applicable
• Price and delivery charges
• Estimated production and delivery times
• Payment arrangements
• Applicable cancellation and return rights

A print order is confirmed only when the order details have been accepted in writing and any required payment has been received.

Colours, cropping and fine details may vary slightly between an illuminated screen and a physical print. This does not affect your legal rights if a print is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Cancellation rights may differ where a print is made to a customer’s specifications or is otherwise personalised. Any applicable exception will be explained before the order is placed.

Liability relating to commissioned services, image licences or print orders is governed by the relevant project-specific or order-specific written agreement.
