Each commissioned project may be governed by a separate quotation, licence and photography agreement covering matters such as payment, cancellation, postponement, image delivery, copyright and permitted usage.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a project-specific written agreement, the project-specific agreement takes priority for that commission.

Prints are currently available by enquiry rather than through a complete online shop.

Before an order is confirmed, the customer will be given relevant information about:

• The image and print specification

• Size, material and finish

• Price and delivery charges

• Estimated production and delivery times

• Payment arrangements

• Cancellation and return rights

A print order is only confirmed when the order details have been accepted in writing and any required payment has been received.

Colours, cropping and fine details may vary slightly between an illuminated screen and a physical print.

Nothing in these terms limits a customer’s statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, cancellation rights or any other applicable consumer protection.

If AD Visuals introduces a complete online print shop, separate Print Sales and Returns Terms will be published before online sales begin.
